PHNX BOXERCISE

PHNX BOXING is an effective form of Cross Training that incorporates a combination of boxing skills and bodyweight movement. It's a fun alternative to regular classes and also improves rhythm and coordination as well as learning new skills!

Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified strength coaches guild you to your full potential. Teaching you proper form while you squat, press, pull and jump. Improve endurance, build muscle tone, rev up your metabolism and develop your strength. Your future self will thank you.

TOUGH ENOUGH CROSS-TRAINING

Wednesdays 6:30pm

Take the best from Crossfit & Strongman training. Varied functional workouts performed to push you to your maximum potential. The class utilises equipment like Sand Bags, Tractor Tyres, kegs, kettlebells, battling ropes, Olympic Lifts and much more! "Tough Enough" Cross-Training is a fun and functional class that will improve your strength, endurance and agility . This class will get you into shape for any challenge!

METAFIT

Metafit™ combines traditional body-weight exercises with the latest HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) techniques to set the metabolism on fire in just 30 minutes!

TRX Suspension Training

Thursdays 6:30pm

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX also helps you to improve a range of movements by providing support, and is great for working on those pulling movements you just don't get from many other classes.

Conscious breathing describes the act of developing a soft awareness of your breath. 
Through guided breathwork  achieve calmness, focus, improved energy and reconnect with your inner self and develop a practice that will help you with everyday life stresses.

TABATA HIIT TRAINING

Tuesdays 6:30PM

High-intensity Interval Training using either bodyweight or equipment. The only thing that never changes are the timings.

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.

A 30 minute workout that'll fire up your metabolism and keep your body in great shape.

What better way to start the week than with 60 minutes of gentle movement, energising breathwork and an Ice Bath.Start the week with focus and a positive mindset, more energy and a calmer mind, as well as all the positive health benefits.Led by certified Wim Hof Method Instructor.

Life can be stressful, and finding healthy ways to better manage stress can be game changing. Many people have been discovering hot and cold contrast therapy, a practice where you challenge your body (and mind) to do something that it doesn’t normally do. It’s not easy to go willingly into a cold body of water right after being in a really hot space. But by doing so, you become more resilient to stress in your world.

Sessions will include movement and Breathwork followed by alternating sessions in the Sauna & Ice Bath before a nature movement based warm up.
