PHNX BOXING is an effective form of Cross Training that incorporates a combination of boxing skills and bodyweight movement. It's a fun alternative to regular classes and also improves rhythm and coordination as well as learning new skills!

Take the best from Crossfit & Strongman training. Varied functional workouts performed to push you to your maximum potential. The class utilises equipment like Sand Bags, Tractor Tyres, kegs, kettlebells, battling ropes, Olympic Lifts and much more! "Tough Enough" Caveman Training is a fun and functional class that will improve your strength, endurance and agility . This class will get you into shape for any challenge!

Join us on our seasonal Buggy Run at Warmley cycle Track.
Class starts at 9.30am in front of the Warmley Waiting Rooms.
We will set off on a short run, broken down by bodyweight exercises and a sprint finisher!
Please Bring water and an old towel/small yoga mat.
