TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Suspension training, is a form of resistance training that includes body weight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing, strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously. Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions.
This session is 30 minutes.

Not just a multi station workout. We mix this class up using all the equipment in various set-ups to keep it fun and keep you guessing what's going to happen next!

TOUGH ENOUGH CROSS-TRAINING

Take the best from Crossfit & Strongman training. Varied functional workouts performed to push you to your maximum potential. The class utilises equipment like Sand Bags, Tractor Tyres, kegs, kettlebells, battling ropes, Olympic Lifts and much more! "Tough Enough" Cross-Training is a fun and functional class that will improve your strength, endurance and agility . This class will get you into shape for any challenge!

TRX Suspension Training

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX also helps you to improve a range of movements by providing support, and is great for working on those pulling movements you just don't get from many other classes.
TABATA HIIT TRAINING
Tuesdays 6:30PM
High-intensity Interval Training using either bodyweight or equipment. The only thing that never changes are the timings.
20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
A 30 minute workout that'll fire up your metabolism and keep your body in great shape.
