Mobility is defined as the ability to move or be moved freely and easily. If you have ever had tightness in the muscles when trying to accomplish simple tasks or soreness in the joints for no reason at all, it could be from a lack of mobility.
In our classes we will tech you specific stretches, how to use a foam roller correctly, how to use a trigger point ball and awesome stretches you can do with a band.
The last 10 minutes of the class we will work on some core exercises, as strengthening the core is a key to a mobile body.

Core and Mobility Classes are 30 minutes cost £5 on a Monday 7:30pm and Thursday 7pm
